We as a 25 year old company, talior make all our curtains and soft furnishings in our own workroom (pictured above).   From simple curtains to more elorabate interlined drapes, our trained staff will offer the highest standard of care and attention, rigorous quality control and installed in your own home by our expert curtain fitter.

Roman blinds are still increasingly  popular ,  they can be made in all types of fabrics from cool crisp cottons to interlined sumptuous silks.  They can be used on their own for a clean simple look in a contemporary setting  and also work well with curtains and pelmets or both for the more traditional setting. Shapes, trims and borders can all be added to enhance the finish.  All our handmade furnishings are made to an extremely high standard, no visible sewing lines - quality over quantity!! @ a reasonable price of course.  With or without pelmets our curtains can be made with simple 3" or 6" headings.  Hand made fixed headings include stainless steel eyelet curtains, french pleats, double pleats, goblet, tubular and smocked.  See our picture gallery for examples.

Straight forward windows are the easiest to dress - both simple and more elorabate window treatments - work equally well.

Arched, angled, gothic, curved, Venetian windows are becoming increasingly popular  in designer homes.  All these windows are features in their own right, but still however need to be dressed to enhance their shape.  Functioning curtains and blinds are often necessary.  There is no point in having beautiful shaped window design unless curtains and pelmets mirror the shapes.  View our picture gallery and see how we have overcome these problems!

Pelmets - upholstered and flat can be fitting to most sizes of windows.  The lower edges can be straight , curved  or shaped geometrically.  These shapes can also be further defined by rope, beading or fringing.

Swags and Tails - are still a sumpious way of dressing a window and are suitable for a more formal room with high ceilings.  They look sophisticated when made up in beautiful fabrics and trimmed with fringing.

Poles - there are a wide variety of poles on the market from traditional to ultra modern.  They can be made of stainless steel, wood or brass and the finials provide a stylish finish.  Poles are versatile and suitable for most sizes of windows and vary in diameter from 28mm to 60mm.

Rails - corded or uncorded for use with curtains under pelmets.  Decorative metal rails in variety of finishes eg: stainless steel, black/cream, brushed silver are now available, and can now be bent to suit all windows.

Tiebacks hold the curtains back from your window and be made in fabric or rope with tassels.  Holdbacks are an arm or disc that again hold the curtain back from the window.  Again these can match the pole that is being used.

Italian strung - is used when the curtains need to be held back and are too high for use with tiebacks or holdback.  Arched windows are a perfect example.  The curtains have to have a fixed heading and held back to define the shape of the window by concealed stringing along the back of the curtains.
